Door stuck? Spring snapped?
Mr. Garage Pro is open 24 hours. Customers have reached Joseph late in the evening, on weekends and on holidays. Call or text, tell him what the door is doing, and he'll tell you what happens next.
Safety first: if you hear a loud bang and the door won't lift, a spring has probably broken. Don't force the door up or keep pressing the opener, and keep hands clear of springs and cables. They hold a lot of tension.

Reviews
My garage got stuck on Christmas Eve and would not go up or down. I called around and the earliest I could get someone out would be the following week. I call Mr. Garage Pro and he came right out, determine the issue, and repaired the problem in no time.
I reached out about getting a new garage door and he could have easily sold me a 1600 new door… Instead of doing that though, he came over to take a look and decided he could easily fix it right there… he cares about his customers and wanted to help more than make a quick buck.
We called several garage door companies after our old garage door buckled and broke. Mr. Garage Pro responded promptly… we now have a beautiful new garage door that works wonderfully and all for an extremely fair price.
I had 2 new springs installed (lifetime warrantee), new Genie 1.25 Belt drive garage door opener installed and he even replaced 10 rollers that wasn’t a part of my original quote! He also showed me how/where to oil springs and rollers.
My wife accidentally backed into the top of the garage door as it was opening and dented it pretty as well as snatched a roller out. Joseph came and within an hour had it looking like it never happened at a very affordable price.
When I called he showed up late evening and replaced both springs on my garage door and greased up all the bearings, springs, and hinges of the entire unit. High quality level of work… Prices in both cases were fair.

Questions
The usual signs: a loud bang from the garage, a door that suddenly feels very heavy or won't lift more than a few inches, an opener that strains or stops, or a visible gap in the spring over the door. If you see any of that, stop using the door and call. Don't try to force it up.
Many doors that look done for just need springs, cables, rollers or an adjustment. Others are damaged or worn past the point where repairs make sense. Joseph will look at the door and tell you plainly which it is, and what each option involves.
